HELP WANTED

MAINTENANCE MANAGER & grounds keeper for sizeable private property in the Lodi, California area. Responsibili- ties include overall maintenance of ap- proximately 30 acres of gardens, lakes, and immaculately manicured grounds. The manager will also be responsible for storing/maintaining furniture used for various events. On occasion, they will be responsible for the set-up and break- down of furniture for events. The posi- tion will manage a crew of 2-3 people. The ideal candidate will have 10+ years of experience in large-scale irrigation systems, lawn maintenance, landscap- ing, etc. Fluent in Spanish and English, have experience with management, and possess organizational skills. The posi- tion is full-time and will require working half days most Saturdays and occasion- ally some Sunday work. Weekly hours will be between 50-55, includes over- time. Hourly rate beginning at $25 with an opportunity to increase based on ex- perience and performance. Up to $10,000 annual bonus based on meet- ing performance goals. Housing includ- ed.
