His person will work under the Executive Director, the San Joaquin Farm Bureau Board of Di- rectors and the SJFB Foundation for Agricultural Education. The candidate will also be working with our existing committees and Farm Centers. -Planning committee meetings including notices and minutes. -Develop education programs which in- clude in person/zoom school presenta- tions, managing the scholarship pro- gram, and coordinating Ag in the Class- room, a 4-day seminar where teachers on taken on agriculture tours in the county. -Planning and executing all aspects of the Annual Wine Tasting Fundraiser in- cluding vendor outreach, a silent/live auction and reservation/sponsorship management. -Planning and executing training pro- grams for our membership. -Assisting on membership retention and expansion. -Someone who is detail oriented with the ability to organize projects and events, prioritize their workflow and complete multiple tasks simultaneously and accurately. -A professional person who can effec- tively coordinate vendor/member/board members relationships for events and programs. -Other duties as assigned.
