Morris, a longtime rancher and co-founder of T.O. Cattle Co., will facili- tate and expedite agricultural projects in Santa Clara County. • Rita Clemons joined UC ANR as UCCE director in Orange, Riverside and San Bernardino counties. Clemons was the regional center director for Cambridge College-SouthernCalifornia. • Hung Doan joined UCCE as a small farms and specialty crops advisor serving Riverside and San Bernardino counties. His research interests include integrated pest management, vegetable andmush- roomproduction, nutrientmanagement, food safety and vegetables and specialty crops pathology. Before joining UC ANR, Doan was an instructor for a U.S. AID-funded Farmer- to-Farmer Program in Guyana. • Curt Pierce joined UC Cooperative Extension as the irrigation and water resources advisor for Glenn, Tehama, Colusa and Shasta counties. Pierce works with other orchard ad- visors and community stakeholders on agricultural irrigation issues such as improving efficiencies, scheduling and systemmaintenance, as well as ground- water recharge, flowmeasurements and water diversions. •CristinaMurillo-Barrick joinedUCCE as an agricultural land acquisitions ac- ademic coordinator serving Fresno, Merced and Tulare counties. Prior to join- ing UC ANR, Mur i l lo-Bar r i ck was an environmental science educator at Golden Gate National Recreation Area, Yosemi te Nat ional Park and Shenandoah National Park. • Sandipa Gautam joined UCCE as citrus integrated pest management ad- visor serving Fresno, Madera, Tulare and Kern counties. Gautam was an assistant research entomologi st in the UC Rivers ide Department of Entomology. Since 2016, she has worked as part of a research group on integrated pest management in citrus.
