We are interested in leasing land with the following parameters: • Open bare land in the counties of San Joaquin and Stanislaus. • Land requiring immediate orchard or vineyard removal (preferably almonds or grapes)or removal after the 2021 crop season in the counties of San Joaquin and Stanislaus. • Sandy Loam soil is preferred, but we are also interested in other soil types under the right circumstances. • Orchard/Vineyard removal clean-up can be a shared cost with VGS & the property owner.
